DNA Discoverer: Blacks Less Intelligent Than Whites

One of the world’s most eminent scientists has created a racial firestorm in Britain.

James D. Watson, 79, co-discoverer of the DNA helix and winner of the 1962 Nobel Prize in medicine, told the Sunday Times of London that he was “inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa” because “all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours – whereas all the testing says not really.”

He recognized that the prevailing belief was that all human groups are equal, but that “people who have to deal with black employees find this not true.”

Acknowledging that the issue was a “hot potato,” the lifelong Democrat and avowed secular humanist nonetheless said his beliefs were not an excuse to discriminate against blacks.

There is an age old argument of whether you are a product of your genetics or your environment. One theory presumes your behavior, intelligence and personality are the direct result of the genes you inherited. The other theory presumes your behavior, intelligence and personality are the direct result of your environment. Analogous to predestination vis a vis free will.

I intend to prove, with irrefutable evidence, that one’s behavior, intelligence and personality are the direct result of one’s environment. I will produce clinical laboratory confirmation in the ensuing discourse.

If you are willing to watch C-Span for 1 to 2 hours while Congress is in session, attend a city council meeting or a school board meeting, you will have witnessed the worlds largest laboratory of humanity, environment and genetics at work. You will be able to discern the fact that there is less than a theoretical probability that people of the same genetic predisposition to stupidity could migrate towards the same vocation of public dis-service in multiples of hundreds of thousands. The only other mass gathering of genetically predisposed people with a common genetic defect towards the same vocation would have been the freak shows of the circuses of yesteryear when these genetically predisposed individuals were afforded no other means of carving out a living because of their disability.

Elected officials at some point in their life had to have enjoyed some semblance of intelligence. Some legislators are physicians, lawyers, professors and successful business people. If they were genetically predisposed to be intelligent and took the proper measures to enhance and develop their intelligence with education, then one could suppose they would be immune from becoming infected with stupid once they enter elected office. It is on the verge of becoming a pandemic of biblical proportions. There can be no other supposition other than their stupidity is an environmentally caused malady.

It is imperative to note that certain individuals seem to inherit certain genetic qualities that cause them to be immune to stupid, thus exposing a fraction of the elected to have severe bouts of intelligence and common sense.

Anyone appointed by an elected official is vulnerable to being infected with stupid by proxy.

I will site a few anecdotal cases of elected officials and their appointees from the past few weeks, to go further back than a few weeks would be too voluminous, as to how stupidity is caused by one’s environment as opposed to genetic predisposition as Dr. Watson believes:

• U.S. District Court Judge Vaughn Walker overruled a lower court’s ruling and will allow airline passengers to sue airlines for causing blood clots in their legs. The blood clots were apparently caused by sitting for long periods during flights. He made his ruling even though there is an international treaty protecting airlines from paying damages that passengers suffer during routine flights.
• It should be of no surprise that this ruling came out of Calipornia. If this case stays in the great state of Calipornia and never transitions past the 9th circuit, then there is a high probability that these activist judges and courts will limit airlines to 20 seats in first class and the remainder of the aircraft will be subjected to a gymnasium atmosphere. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• Sen. David Vitter, R-La., introduced an amendment to cut off federal funding to sanctuary cities in an appropriations bill covering the Department of Justice. The amendment would affect cities that have active policies to protect illegal aliens from the federal government. Unfortunately the bill was voted down by a vote of 52-42.
• Rep. Dick Durbin D-Ill. stated with a compelling yet illogically stupid statement in opposition to the amendment. Durbin said, ” “These cities, counties and police departments have decided that as a matter of public health and safety not to inquire about immigration status when people report crimes or have been the victims of domestic abuse or go to a clinic to obtain vaccination for their children.” According to Durbin’s logic, this amendment would impede criminals from ratting out other criminals and somehow breach public health and possibly cause someone to become unhealthy. It also would cause an environment of unsafeness.
• Since sanctuary cities violate two separate federal laws, 8 U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325 and Immigration and Naturalization Act sections 274 and 275, Durbin seems to be satisfied with cities operating outside the parameters of federal law and displaying nothing short of contempt for the rule of law. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• House Speaker Nancy Pelosi intends to move forward with a vote on a non-binding resolution labeling the death of 1.5 million Armenians, at the hands of Turkey, genocide. Turkey has withdrawn their ambassador from the U.S. in response to the proposed resolution. Turkey is a strong ally of the United Starts in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and is a member of NATO. This proposed resolution has strained the relationship between the United States and Turkey. Pelosi was asked if she had concerns that the timing of the resolution could damage the relationship with Turkey and she replied, “There’s never been a good time.” She stated that the resolution needed to be passed now “because many of the survivors are very old.” She went on to say, “When I came to Congress 20 years ago, it wasn’t the right time because of the Soviet Union. Then that fell, and then it wasn’t the right time because of the Gulf War One. And then it wasn’t the right time because of flights over Iraq. And now it’s not the right time because of Gulf War Two.”
• Rep. Jane Harmon D-Ca. chimed in with an amazing demonstration of history, “I think there was genocide in Turkey in 1915.”
• There are three major problems with Pelosi’s and Harmon’s statements. If you were alive in 1915 and were around 10 years of age, you would be 102 years old now. To state many of the survivors are getting old is a pretty stupid statement. Turkey did not become a country until 1923. This is 8 years after the genocide took place. The responsible party for the genocide were the Turks of the Ottoman Empire, which makes it a murky dissection of who is who and what is what after 1928. This resolution would be about as stupid as the Pelosi lead House to form a resolution denouncing Russia for acts of the U.S.S.R, same people but different governments, which has been out of business since 1991. It is inconceivable that there would be a good time or a good reason for this Pelosi lead United State House of Representatives to pass a resolution denouncing anybody or anything other than themselves. The genocide of the Armenians at the hands of the Ottoman Empire was absolutely deplorable, but what can our Congress do other than create tension in an already volatile and unstable region with their inane non-binding resolutions? As altruistic as Pelosi wants you to believe this resolutions is, it is shamelessly politically motivated. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• House Democrats introduced a bill that would restrict the government’s power to listen in on foreign terrorism suspects in other countries.
• The bill would greatly restrict the ability of intelligence agencies’ electronic eavesdropping authority on not only suspected terrorist, but established terrorist as well.
• The bill is called the RESTORE act. It would require intelligence agencies to get authorization to spy on anyone overseas regardless of their immediate threat. F.I.S.A. has operated with the need to have a warrant in place to spy on terrorist in the U.S. This bill would expand the need for a warrant to anyone anywhere in the world. This is the result of civil libertarians wringing their hands about extending 4^th amendment protection to anyone and everyone in the world regardless of their imminent threat to the U.S. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• Rep. Charlie “I never met a tax hike I didn’t like” Rangel D-NY, chairman of the Means and Ways Committee, is planning on introducing a $ 1 trillion tax overhaul next week. He plans to raise the tax rate paid by private equity, venture capitalists and hedge fund managers from 15 percent capital gains rate to the 35 percent income tax rate. These are the companies that pump billions and billions of capital into our economic system. If Rangel has his way and they are taxed at more than double their current tax rate, what would they do? Are they going to pay the tax and complain about it or will their money be put to work in a more tax friendly environment, either outside our economy or in another country’s economy.
• As Rangel is not too busy robbing Peter to pay Paul to take time out of his day to try to sneak $2 million dollars into a monument to himself at City College. Rangel wants to build a monument that consists of three separate buildings: The Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service, the Rangel Conference Center and the Charles Rangel Library.
  This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• The city of Philadelphia has ordered the Boy Scouts of America to start paying $200,000 per year in rent on a building that they have been paying $1 in rent. The city is punishing the Boy Scouts for not breaching their strict moral code by allowing openly gay Scouts and openly gay leaders join. The city of Philadelphia has been pressuring the Scouts for years to stop their dabbling in morality as it is passé and it is apparently immoral to be moral in their city as the Boy Scouts of America’s interpretation of “city of brotherly love” seems to run contrary to the city’s newfound interpretations of the phrase. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• District Judge Charles Breyer in San Francisco kept in place an injunction barring the Department of Homeland Security from enforcing a 1986 law that prohibits businesses from knowingly employing illegal aliens. This activist judge chastised the government for planning to punish businesses that don’t fire workers whose Social Security numbers don’t match government records. The DHS had planned to send letters to 140,000 businesses with 8 million employees who had on average 10 employees with mismatched Social Security numbers and W-2 forms. That is a total of 1.4 million mismatched records. The companies that did not comply with the letters would be assessed fines and criminal penalties. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• Rep. Pete Stark D- CA, stated during a debate in the Senate, that was deriding the Bush administration for vetoing the SCHIP program in its current bloated state, “You don’t have money to fund the war on children. But you’re going to spend it to blow up innocent people if he can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the President’s amusement. Stark also is the darling of atheists because he has stated that he does not believe in a Supreme Being. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger R-CA signed a bill making it discriminatory to use the words “mom and dad or husband and wife” in Calipornia public school’s textbooks grade 1-12 as it might offend gay and transgendered students. Instead students are going to be indoctrinated with the contributions homosexuals have made to society. This is to insure that other countries will continue to increase their gap with the U.S. in education by teaching the fundamentals of math, language, geography and history while we continue our academic collapse by authorizing and teaching from books about gay and transgendered contributions to society as opposed to a fundamental education. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• The mayors and city councils of the border cities of Eagle Pass, El Paso, Brownsville and Laredo, Texas are refusing to give the federal government access to their land for the purpose of constructing the border fence. They are refusing to allow DHS to build fences on their cities’ property. This is an easy fix, just build the fence around these cities and partition them off with Mexico. With these cities choosing to be a chronic breach to national security this move can be nothing less than a boost to national security. This is one of those “you are either with us or against us” situations. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

Hillary Clinton is behaving like a lottery ticker winner in the days preceding the cashing in of said winning ticket-counting all the things the winner is going to buy when they get their hands on the money.

• She wants to give every baby born a $5,000 baby bonus with taxpayer’s money.
• She wants to start a national 401k for everybody and match it 100% up to $1000 with taxpayer’s money.
• She wants to give states $1 billion to require companies to give employees seven days sick leave with taxpayer’s money.
• She wants to expand the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act to protect jobs of workers to take up to 12 weeks off to businesses with 25 employees or more. The current act starts at 50 employees. This would cover an additional 13 million workers. She wants to pass this burden on to the employers. Wonder why we outsource to other countries.
• She wants to spend $200 million dollars to train child care providers with taxpayer’s money.
• She wants to spend $1 million dollars to celebrate Woodstock out of the health care and education bill.
• She selected a team of national security advisor’s led by Madeline Albright, Richard Holbrooke and Sandy Berger. Sander Berger was convicted, and is on probation, for stealing and destroying documents from the National Archives that would have been detrimental to her getting elected to the presidency.

• This is just the past two weeks and the potential spending is already in the hundreds of millions of dollars. If she stays on pace, by the time the elections roll around it could reach the hundreds and hundreds of trillions of dollars-maybe even hit a gazillion. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• In Portland, Maine, the school board voted to allow children as young as 11 years old to get a full range of contraceptives including birth control pills, patches and condoms from the student health center at their middle school. This includes grades 6 through 8. This would be a moot point in California as public school children being taught that being heterosexual is abnormal and to get contraceptives would only label them as a heterosexual and that has to offend some trans/hetero/gay/lesbian/same sex marriage/abnormal/cross dressing/morally-void someone somewhere. This is environmentally caused stupidity.

• Al Gore, savior of the world in the future, who is hawking, as a carnival barker, his Nobel Peace Prize winning film “An Inconvenient Truth” with junk science, made a D in Natural Science as a sophomore and a C+ as a senior in college. This may be a case of a genetic defect.

As you have most assuredly witnessed, the evidence is overwhelming for the case of one’s environment being the cause of one’s behavior, intelligence and personality. This study is incomplete as this was only a two week sampling out of a possible 52 week test period and the control group was only 1000th of one percent of the stupid antics coming from elected and appointees appointed by elected officials for the previous two weeks. The sample was much too small and the time period far too short for scientific accreditation, but common sense should prevail for the reader as to the validity of the results.

Stay tuned for upcoming trials using the above theorem to study the effects of being in the employment of the government and the inherent dangers of becoming stupid by this occupation. Clinical trials will be held at the United States Post Office, Division of Motor Vehicles and the Social Security Office.
